DK22 EI30 Fireguard Window with 3-glazing

NB! Due to specific sensitive construction information all the illustrations and drawings on this site demonstrate the regular DK22 window. The main external perimeter geometry of window frames and functionality of opening sashes are the same.

 

Inward opening DK22 – the wooden aluminum window is a so-called German-type window with slimmer lines and wooden profiles – the result is a larger light opening, better energy efficiency and a more pleasant indoor climate.

DK22 EI30 Fireguard Window:

  • Pyrobel EI30 fireguard glass
  • Possibility for opening window* and fixed light; sash has locking point all around which ensures safety and security.
  • Opening sash is equipped with concealed hinges.
  • Both timber and aluclad options are available.
  • DK22 is specifically designed for Northern climates to make it weather proof. Two sash gaskets ensure thermal insulation between sash and frame and reduce condensation risks.
  • EI30 fireguard glazing unit comes with triple glazing equipped with two low-E glasses and internal fireguard glass.

 

* Opening sash function can be either standard turn and tilt or tilt before turn (TBT) to encrase safety and security. We recommend  locking handle because window acts as fireguard window only with closed sash. NB! Opening window does not include automatic closing function during fire event.

 

Viking DK22 fireguard window has 52 mm glazing unit with Ug = 0.80 W/m²K; innermost glass is 16 mm Pyrobel EI fireguard glass. Window is equipped with ROTO hardware and Hoppe handle.
